To be fair to the other artisans out there, I have also seen pieces with original applique from the factories that is totally out of place, so mistakes are made. To the buy ing public: Pay close attention to the small details. Whether applique is original or newly installed is not important. You can usually tell if the designer has a good eye and cares to take the time and really pay attention and not to cut corners on the finer points.

What a steal! Rita (you are TOO wonderful!) sold both of these to us for 250kr combined. That's $35.00 US! I can't even buy a decent lunch at that price. Now we just need to decide which walls we'll place these against.

The quality of the photo isn't so great since I used Orjan's phone, but these are in such great condition that I would consider them in "mint condition".
